Marilyn Amobi has been removed from her position as the Managing Director of Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading Plc, Power Minister Saleh Mamman announced Monday evening.
The minister did not state a reason for the sack other than “reoganisation and realignment”.
The minister, in a press statement, said the removal was approved by President Muhammadu Buhari. He further announced the company’s General Counsel and Secretary, Nnaemeka Eweluka, as the new substantive boss of NBET “with immediate effect.”
