Burna Boy’s Kilometre song, off his ‘Twice As Tall’ album is still making waves on the global stage and digital platforms.
The song has peaked at number 1 on the UK Official Afrobeats Chart. The announcement was made on the official website of the UK Afrobeats Chart Top 20. Burna Boy currently holds the record for the Nigerian artiste with the most number 1 songs on the chart.
This comes days after the African Giant had the same song played at an NBA game in the United States.
This new development adds to Burna Boy’s soaring brand consolidated by his 2021 Grammy award for Best Global Music Album.
Basketball team, Washington Wizards was playing against Dallas Mavericks at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, USA when Burna’s song came on before the start of the game.
