Duties
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Menu development and maintaining updated and jamb accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold in the Food and Beverage caps operation.
  • Determines how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays, with in depth knowledge of proper plating and presentation practices.
  • Inventory and budgeting for all products required in the jamb kitchen
  • Recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavour.
  • Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Follows proper handling and caps right temperature of all jamb food products.
  • Ensures all equipment in the kitchen is properly maintained and in working order in accordance with international hospitality caps standards.

Requirement

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a hotel, restaurant or jamb spa is required.

Pay
NGN120,000 / month.
