Senator Dino Melaye’s lawsuit against Senator Smart Adeyemi has been dismissed by a Court of Appeal.
The popular politician was challenging the victory of Senator Smart Adeyemi as the winner of the Kogi West Senatorial District election that took place on November 16, 2019.
This ruling comes after an earlier judgment was given in favor of Senator Adeyemi on June 10, 2020, by the National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal.
