Eko Maintenance Limited Jobs Recruitment 2020. Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

1. Job Title: Aluminium / Glass Technician
Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

• Technician must possess adequate skill to execute aluminum fixtures and maintenance.
• Must be able to analyse and execute task according to regulated standards
• Must be polyvalent to execute other civil tasks asides aluminum fixtures and maintenance works. E.g. – Façade Cleaning, e.t.c.
• Must be able to handle portable and dedicated power tools and equipment’s
• Must be able to perform aluminium works, iron monger works, furniture, etc.
• Any other related job

Qualifications

• Minimum of Trade Test in Electrical or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Aluminium works.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Applicant must have proven track record on the job.
• Basic understanding, knowledge and experience in HSE procedures is a pre-requisite
• The Applicant is expected to be familiar with aluminium works, use of alocoboard,  iron monger works, furniture works and Janitorial services.

2. Job Title: Tiler
Location: Lagos

Duties

• Routine maintenance on tiles
• Apply hard tiles to walls, Floors, and other surfaces.
• Installs materials on a variety of surfaces, such as floors, walls, ceilings, countertops, patios, and roof decks.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role.
• OND / HND / Trade Test Certificate.

3. Job Title: Fire Alarm Technician
Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Responsible for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of fire alarm systems and smoke detectors
• Identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair
• Review electrical layout blueprints to determine whether a building’s fire alarm systems comply with electrical and fire safety codes
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in installation, maintenance, and repair of fire and smoke suppression systems and equipment
• Ability to operate drills, conduit benders, drill presses, cable pullers, meters (volt, OHM, AMP, Meg), hand drills, hand tools and power tools
• Additional certifications related to fire safety
