Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele Bello has taken to social media to support the viral #EndSARS protest in Nigeria in her own way.
For the past week, Nigeria has been in disorder as the youth take to the streets to register their displeasure against the police brutality and killings.
Contributing to the immense efforts, the Nollywood actress took to the microblogging platform to distribute recharge cards of data subscription to some protesters. She also sent money to some protesters who are in need while marching against the ongoing terrorizing of innocent lives.
She stated clearly that the youth must overcome and now is not the time to keep mute. Following her kindness gesture concerning the protest, #Aunty Funke has began to trend on Twitter.
