A video that is making rounds on social media captured the moment a security official joined the residents to loot the COVID-19 palliatives.
According to the Twitter user who shared the video on the microblogging platform, the COVID-19 palliatives were discovered in Gwagwalada Area Council in Abuja.
The security official was seen quickly disappearing out of sight with his looted palliative.
