We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Internal Auditor
Locations: Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities (not exhaustive)
- Incoming Product verification
- Outgoing Inventory verification
- Observation of the physical inventory count
- Reconcile inventory count to ledger balance
- Test error prone items
- Testing adequacy of inventory allowance (provision)
- Testing of inventory layers for validity (e.g. FIFO)
- Confirm existence of SOPs
- Review existing process
- Test check the process is working as contained in the SOPs
- Monitor remedial actions
Basic Requirements
- First degree in Accounting or related discipline
- Having a professional qualification like ICAN, ACCA is also an added advantage
- Previous experience in Audit for up to 3-5 years is required
- Flexibility: willingness to work in different locations in Nigeria when required.
