Actress Iyabo Ojo has sued Yoruba actor Yomi Fabiyi for offensive and vexatious comments in relation to the Baba Ijesha rape case, demanding a public apology.
Iyabo Ojo wasn’t pleased with the comments of Fabiyi Yomi claiming she and comedienne Princess promised to kill Baba Ijesha if he is released on bail and has sued him for that demanding a public apology and 100 million Naira damages.
Iyabo Ojo who is determined to get justice for the young girl who was molested by Baba Ijesha said she will re-arrest Baba Ijesha if he’s bailed just to seek justice for the young girl but seems her words were taken out of the contest.
Yomi Fabiyi who is determined to defend Baba Ijesha is a post, claimed actress Iyabo Ojo and comedienne Princess who promised to kill Baba Ijesha if he’s released and that is the reason why Iyabo Ojo sued him for defaming her.
Iyabo Ojo is demanding a public apology from Yomi Fabiyi for claiming she promises to kill Baba Ijesha and an amount of 100 million Naira for defaming her character and saying such things about her in public.
Yomi Fabiyi reacting to the lawsuit against him seems not bothered about it saying no one should tag him to any lawsuit on the gram and he should be allowed to defend a pedophile requesting that he should be released on bail.
