The Lagos State Police Command has condemned the molestation of the arrested Lekki Toll Gate protesters.
It could be recalled that some Nigerian hit the streets on Saturday, February 13 to protest against the re-opening of the Lekki Toll Gate.
The reason for the protest was that activities that happened on October 20 during the #EndSARS protests that made the authorities close down the facility haven’t been properly investigated.
The position of the state police command was revealed by the State Commissioner of Police, CP Hakeem Odumosu.
After condemning the molestation of the arrested Lekki Toll Gate protesters, he has also ordered an immediate investigation into the incident.
