Arsenal Player, Mesut Ozil has joined the #EndSARS protest on Twitter and suggests to make it a global issue on all platforms.
The #EndSARS protest which started in Nigeria by a group of celebrities and youth has gained international recognition and suppotrted by international celebrities.
German born – Arsenal footballer, Mesut Ozil has come as one of the celebrities supporting the youth to end the SARS police unit which is brutalizing innocent people and failing to serve it purpose. Reacting to the protest on Twitter, Ozil wrote;
“Horrible to hear what’s been going on in Nigeria. Let’s make this a trending topic everywhere #EndSARS – My thoughts go out to everyone who has been affected. #EndPoliceBrutality“
