BBC Pidgin was able to capture the moment policemen assaulted unarmed #occupylekkitollgate protesters after arresting them.
Recall that the #OccupyLekkitollgate protest which was planned to register displeasure against the fresh order for the commencement of operations of the toll gate was slated for Saturday, February 13.
Regrettably, the protesters were met by heavily armed security operatives and many of them have been arrested and conveyed to the station in a Black Maria van.
