Peruzzi was trending on Twitter about some hours ago over an action he took that Nigerians saw as bravery.
Peruzzi was apparently driving through town on Friday night and while he was driving there was an armed robbery going on around 3rd Mainland Bridge in a video making rounds on social media.
Peruzzi who was seen with a toy gun pulled the trigger which got the armed robbers frightened and immediately took to their heels as they though it was a police man coming into the scene.
Following his move, Nigerians have called for the immediate removal of the current Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu and the appointment of Peruzzi.
