NPower Latest News: Npower Batch C deployment will soon commence, here at empowerment opportunities we would like to share this important information to Npower batch C beneficiaries so they would be updated and ready for their Place of primary Assignment (PPA).
The idea of Npower when it comes to deployment is to place beneficiaries of the programme in their various localities, for Npower, this will help increase participation in the programme. But this idea is been defeated by the various state focal persons and National Orientation Agency (NOA) in charge of deployment.
For most Npower batch A and B beneficiaries, posting them to schools, health centers and agricultural agencies close to them helped improved their participation and learning unlike those who were posted long kilometers away from home.
For this reason of posting beneficiaries far away from home, they weren’t able to fully participate and even save out of their stipend. We can recall that most of these beneficiaries exited from the Npower programme.
You should know that Npower is a full time, Attendance and discipline is critical. If we may suggest, you should liaise with those responsible for the posting at your locality when the names are finally out.
