Reports flying on the internet show that the man of the year 2021, Obi Cubana is yet to be released from the custody of the EFCC as he has spent the 2nd day there.
Obi Cubana was arrested by the EFCC on Monday over alleged money laundering and tax fraud and was supposedly released yesterday after he made a post on his Instagram page certifying that he’s indeed the man of the year 2021.
But a recent post sighted online says otherwise as it reveals that Obi Cubana is yet to be released from the custody of the EFCC as the issue seems to be escalating especially now that his passport has been seized to prevent him from traveling outside Nigeria.
The report states that Obi Cubana has spent 2 days in the custody of the EFCC and is answering questions in relation to the alleged money laundering accusation and tax fraud and that only means he hasn’t been released.
Obi Cubana making a post on his social media handle shows that he has access to his phone and now according to Puch newspaper he’s yet to be released. Could it be that he was given access to his phone to make a post and draw the attention of social media off the case since people were calling for his release so quickly?
