The Incumbent Governor of Ondo State, Governor Rotimi Akeredolu has taken to his twitter campaign handle to appreciate his people for giving him another chance to rule them.
In the tweet, he wrote: “Ondo people are truly progressives minded, We Thank You. APC! Victory assured”.
In another, he tagged his PDP counterpart and friend, Eyitayo Jegede: To my brother and friend @TayoJegedeSAN. I must say this to you its funny but very true…”Eyi ti Bale o” Ondo people have spoken”.
Governor Akeredolu in the collated results so far has won 10 LGAs while his PDP counterpart, Eyitayo Jegede won 2 LGAs.
Governor Rotimi Akeredolu’s appreciation for the massive support received is coming ahead of his formal declaration as winner of the 10 October governorship election in Ondo State.
