A Peruvian Police officer has been suspended for kissing a woman he arrested for flouting the COVID-19 protocol.
In the video sighted by Naijaray, the police officer was seen locking lips with the woman who appeared to have offered a kiss in exchange for escaping the penalty of violating the COVID-19 rules.
The local media reported that the officer whose name hasn’t been published yet was asked to leave his job as an investigation on the issue is carried out by authorities.
