Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Attending Customer Complaints both walkin Customer and Online.
• Booking of Job order Card for devices/ Products and updating on Computer System.
• Relating to Customers for Quotation for nonwarranty, Pickup and products Status.
• Relating with Dealers as respect to Customer product information.
• Daily Updating and reporting of Cashup Of Nonwarranty
• Daily Updating and reporting of devices and products received and dispatched
• Liaise with the technician on device and product allocation.
• Collating and reporting of devices and products from Courier partner.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, NCE with 2 – 4 years of experience.
