Job Description
- Meeting Sales target achievement
- Achieving 100% sales collection at all times
- Attend to all customer complains and build strong relationships
- Follow up on all outstanding debts and ensure prompt reconciliation where the need arises.
- Ensure proper good product and market understanding at all times.
- Ensure effective communication with all customers
- Maintain good brand and company image with the customer.
- Demonstrate at all times innovative actions
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 3 – 5 years experience.
- Good market knowledge of Electronics and home appliances.
- Ability to identify good prospects and go after them/Commercial Awareness
- Good customer relationship and interpersonal skill
- Ability to manage customer objections and profer immediate solutions.
- Good intellectualism in associating with people
- Ability to convince both willing and non-willing buyers/prospects to buy.
- Excellent IT skill.
