Two Herbalists Arrested In Oyo State By EFCC

Two herbalists have been arrested in Oyo State by the Ibadan Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

The two self-claimed herbalists are identified as Ajisafe Toheeb and Ogundayo Usman and they were arrested at the Soka area of Ibadan over their alleged involvement in internet fraud.

The two herbalists were arrested together with 24 others and four of the suspects claimed to be students of a private university.

This was revealed in a recent statement revealed by the Head, Media, and Publicity of the agency, Wilson Uwujaren.

In his submission, he said;

“They were arrested following verified intelligence on their alleged involvement in cyber fraud. Items recovered from them include cars, mobile phones, television sets, Play Station5, laptops, among others.”
