Afrobeat beat maestro, Wizkid has returned to Ghana after a successful event in the Republic of Mali.
Recall Naijaray earlier reported news about the Grammy award-winning artiste travelling to Mali for the magnificent BMS show which happened at the country’s capital, Bamako over the weekend.
The ‘Show Killing Machine’ shut down the event right from the airport where he was met by the organizers and dozen bikers who chanted his name and also gave him a presidential convoy to his hotel.
He is back in Ghana after the event as a video on his instastory suggests. He was seen embarking and disembarking from a private jet with his team and headed into a waiting sleek car which we believe took him to his residence in Ghana.
In other news, Wizkid’s ‘Essence’ music video with Tems has accrued over 1 million views since it was premiered on YouTube. The video currently has a total of 1,439,487 views in 3 days. It was first shared on the video-sharing platform on 9th April 2021.
