Fans of star singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, have urged him to return to social media weeks after he took a social media break.
The ‘If’ singer had announced that he would be returning to social media after the release of his third album, ‘A Better Time,’ in July.
He had written, “If you cannot reach me, don’t reach me. I will contact you. All my life, I have put people before me.I think it’s time to actually live my life and take care of myself. I have changed my number. I needed some cleansing to do. Love you all.”
However, when Saturday Beats visited the singer’s page, it was noticed that his fans had besieged his Instagram page, ‘begging’ him to return to social media.
A fan, @Daeldacakes, wrote, “Okay now. It’s really getting boring without you. Break is enough. Come back.”
@Fabulousjenny6 wrote, “I really miss you here. Please come back for the sake of your real followers. There will always be people and critics who find fault. You are a star and your light will always shine. I love you.”
Another fan, @Somadina, stated, “Another day without you king. It’s like one year already. God bless you.”
@IamOdun_ayo wrote, “David, we miss you. It’s been more than a month already.”
“I literally search for OBO on my Instagram every morning to check if he is back. Davido please come back”, a certain @Yunggzy stated.
