TeamAce Limited – Our client is a trusted partner to train, outsource and manage professional drivers to individual and corporate clients.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruitment and Training Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day to day operations of all go drivers
• Use multi channel approach to recruit and evaluate which sources bring best candidates
• Review and interview applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirement
• Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
• Recommend and implement new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees and amend and revise training programmed as necessary
• Liaise with the customer service representative to ensure the right candidate is matched to the right client
• Ensure the documentation of all potential and current drivers are up to date and organized

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrate experience as a training officer
• Proven track record of boosting company growth through training
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills.

Salary
NGN 75,000 – 85,000 Monthly.
