Tekno Leaves Nigeria – Claims He’s Not Returning Until This Is Done

Singer and songwriter Tekno is currently out of Nigeria but has claimed he’s not returning until the government stops with their UAR thing and leaves the name of the country alone.

Tekno seems not excited with the news that the government is planning on changing the name of Nigeria to UAR hence has claimed that he’s not returning to the country until the name UAR is taking out and maintaining Nigeria.

According to Tekno, he’s a Nigerian and has nothing to do with UAR therefore until the country’s name is changed back to Nigeria, he’s not stepping a foot back that because he wants nothing to do with any UAR country.

Tekno then added that even though he’s not in Nigeria which is now UAR, he won’t staff his fans of music hence he’s working on some good tunes for them and will deliver when it’s done but for now, he’s going to stay in America.

The name UAR hasn’t been made official and for that matter, Tekno will have to wait and see if the government would succeed in making it official or the name Nigeria will be maintained as a lot of people have proposed.

Tekno isn’t the only one not pleased with the name Nigeria been turned to UAR as some netizens have already talked about it airing their displeasure but their voices were not heard and we are yet to confirm the name of the country.
