What Aubameyang said about Arsenal future after scoring twice against Chelsea

Arsenal captain, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, has said he is not thinking about his future at the club, following a match-winning performance in the FA Cup final.

The Gabon striker netted twice, as the Gunners came from behind to beat London rivals Chelsea 2-1 at Wembley on Saturday.

Aubameyang’s current contract at the Emirates is in its final year.

It is believed that the 31-year-old wants a three-year deal worth £250,000 a week.

Aubameyang has indicated he is willing to stay and Arsenal want to keep him.

Speaking with BT Sport about his future after the FA Cup final, he said: “I’m really not thinking about this.

“I just want to enjoy with the guys and take the trophy now.”
