Wizkid Is Not Arrogant But Enjoying His Fruit As He Was Once A ‘Studio Rat’ – Toke Makinwa 

OAP Toke Makinwa has revealed how Wizkid was turned into an errand boy while coming up at clubs and other things just to get the chance to play his music for others to hear.

Toke Makinwa speaking in an interview said Wizkid has put in a lot in the past years before becoming who he is today and people are calling him arrogant because they never knew how hard he has worked towards what he’s enjoying today.

According to Toke Makinwa, Wizkid was an errand boy for the DJs and they used to send him to buy them amala just because he wants them to play his song adding that he was the studio rat that most people didn’t regard as anything but today is a huge star for Nigeria and Africa.

Toke Makinwa then advised the young artists to put in more work and effort because the Wizkid paid his dues in the past and he’s enjoying the fruit of his labor today and people think he’s arrogant because of that.

Wizkid hardly talks about being a studio rant and being sent on errands at the clubs by DJs just to get his songs played whenever he’s talking about his musical journey and that makes some people think he had it so smooth while climbing up.

But today we know he didn’t have it that easy as he was turned into an errand boy and he paid his dues dearly hence whatever he’s enjoying today is the fruit of his labor and not that he’s arrogant as some people see it.
