A Federal High Court in Abuja has asked the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to unfreeze the bank accounts of 20 #EndSARS Campaigners.
Justice Ahmed Mohammed of the Federal High Court Abuja, had on October 20, 2020 okayed the freezing of the bank accounts of 20 EndSars Campaigners following an exparte motion filed by the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
In December 2020, The Central Bank of Nigeria asked the Court not to unfreeze the accounts of the #EndSARS Campaigners because they were under probe for terrorism financing.
