One patient who tested positive for COVID-19 in Taraba State has escaped the isolation centre.
Chairman of the state COVID-19 technical committee and state Commissioner for Health, Dr. Innocent Vakkai announced this during a press briefing in Jalingo.
The fleeing patient is identified as Talatu Idris.
He declared the patient wanted and urged residents to report if found anywhere.
NAIJARAY recalls that the state has eight confirmed positive cases of COVID-19.
